Background
Multi-compartmental dissolution apparatus like the USP apparatus III (BioDis) or IV (flow-through cell) offer the opportunity to easily exchange the dissolution media at various intervals throughout an experiment. With appropriate experimental conditions and dissolution media, the gastrointestinal tract in either the fasted or fed state ..
