MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsycINFO, CENTRAL and clinicaltrials.gov were searched. Two reviewers independently selected studies, extracted data, and assessed the quality. Data were pooled using multivariate random-effects meta-regressions. The primary outcome was 8-week response rates. The secondary outcome was treatment acceptability.
