Background
Pharmacy curricula often lack adequate cultural competence training.Purpose
Identify and analyze pharmacy students’ perceptions about their own implicit racial biases.Methods
First year pharmacy students (n=97) were required to complete the Harvard Race Implicit Association Test (IAT) and a brief demographic survey for their Pharmacy..
