Background
Multiple medications in kidney transplant recipients (KTRs) affect the status of the patients. Therefore, drug adherence is very importance. The Studies has been pointed out that pharmaceutical care enhance self-care knowledge and ability of KTRs, improve drugs adherence behaviors, and reduce acute rejection or adverse reactions.
