Background
Metformin hydrochloride (MH) and glyburide (GB) are oral antidiabetic agents which can be combined to treat Type 2 diabetes. To our knowledge, there is no commercially available orally disintegrating tablets (ODTs) for this combination.Purpose
The aim of this study was to develop and evaluate MH and GB containing ODT by freeze-drying.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
