Background
The reduced particle size and increased surface area of nanocrystals can lead to increase in the dissolution rate of poorly soluble compounds such as rivaroxaban (RXB).
Purpose
The aim of this study was to prepare RXB nanocrystals, and then determine its dissolution rate from these formulations.
