  Background

  Implementing a referral service in a surgical ward of an Australian hospital has the potential to allow pharmacists more time to focus on high need patients. 

  Purpose

  To measure how many clinical pharmacist and dispensary pharmacist hours can be saved though the implementation of a criteria-led referral process (CLRP) on discharge
