  Background

  Warfarin is commonly prescribed for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic disorders. The clinical benefit and risk of warfarin are associated with the time in therapeutic range (TTR) that is the proportion of time that the international normalized ratio (INR) values are between the target ranges.
