Background
In a previous study we described a triglyceride (TG) mimetic strategy to enhance drug delivery to the intestinal lymphatics following oral administration. This provides opportunities to improve the treatment of lymph-resident disease via enhanced (up to 100 fold) delivery to target sites and reduced (2.3 fold) off-target exposure to the ..
