  • Abstract:

    Background

    According to atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) in general tests of KP 11, ICP-AES can be used as an alternative to AAS, provided obtained validation results of the method are acceptable. Limit of potassium, an inorganic impurity, is defined in official sodium chloride, and AAS is specified to determine its amount (not more than 0.05%)
