  Methods

  Systematic review was conducted from three databases (Medic, Medline, Scopus) and supplemented by publications found from reference lists. Included studies (n=126) met the following inclusion criteria: related to MI, carried out in Finland, published in a peer-reviewed international or national journal between Jan 2000-Jun 2016.
