  Background

  Care coordination has been identified as a key strategy to improve the effectiveness, safety and efficiency of healthcare systems.

  Purpose

  To examine risk factors which may impede primary care coordination using the 2013 Commonwealth Fund International Health Policy (IHP) survey data.
