Background
According to the CDC HPV vaccination rates remain low in the US relative to other vaccines. Potential barriers to receiving the vaccine include financial concerns, parental attitudes, and the need for more information and education. Other barriers include low perceived risk of infection, incomplete preventative care or vaccination..
