Background
Cryptotanshinone is one of the major tanshinones compound isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge to treat many kinds of diseases including cancers. Epigenetic alterations are much more frequent in some types of cancer cells than genetic (mutational) alterations, more importantly, the epigenetic impact of cryptotanshinone has not been..
