  Background

  Taiwan’s dispensing workload has skyrocketed since two decades ago. Thus, proactive drug information delivering can't be carried out in most cases.

  Purpose

  To evaluate the difference regarding patients' compliance and comprehension between proactive and reactive drug information delivering from a pharmacist.
