Background
Aceclofenac has been used widely as a potent analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug. Aceclofenac is converted to its major metabolites via CYP2C9-mediated hydroxylation and hydrolysis.Purpose
The main purpose of this study was to develop a pharmacokinetic model reflecting the metabolic pathway of aceclofenac using a compartmental modeling.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
