Background
Antipsychotic drugs are the mainstay of treatment for psychotic disorders. Adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to these drugs negatively impact the patient. Documentation of ADRs can prevent reoccurrences and aid in quick resolution, improving patient quality of life.Purpose
