Background Multivesicular liposomes were composed of closely packed non-concentric vesicles that confers an increased drug encapsulation, stability and longer duration release.
Aims: This is the first report demonstrating that nonionic surfactants could form Multivesicular vesicle for encapsulation of gentamicin for improving effectiveness.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
