Background: Delivery of the hydrophilic drugs such as methotrexate (MTX) to the brain is still a great challenge for the treatment of many CNS-related diseases.
Aim: The aim of this study was the preparation of a nanocarrier for brain enhancement of this BBB-restricted hydrophilic drug.
