BACKGROUND
Cubosomes are uniquely structured lipid-based carriers and have potential application in drug delivery to brain. Pluronic F127 is used in cubosome formulations to prevent particle aggregation, however, a high concentration is often needed and can cause cellular toxicity. Coating polymeric nanoparticles with Tween 80 is known to improve.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
