- Abstract:
Topical nanoparticles can enhance the passive diffusion of therapeutic agents into biological tissues, but the mechanism by which they function is not yet fully understood. The aim of this study was to assess if nanoparticles could control drug aggregation upon dose application to membranes and hence modulate the delivery from topical products.
