Introduction:
The tetrapeptide Ala-Ala-Pro-Val, a human neutrophil elastase inhibitor, represents a potential therapeutic for psoriasis. Direct topical delivery of this peptide is preferred; however, this is impeded by the stratum corneum. Lipidation provides a means to increase peptide delivery across the epidermis. Previous attempts at.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
