  • Abstract:


    Cryopreserved human hepatocytes are the ‘gold standard’ for hepatic drug disposition studies. Cells from different donors show highly variable attachment properties, and the reasons are largely unclear. 


    To develop a ‘monolayer score’ for better classification of hepatocyte batches, and to use global proteomics for identifying causes
