Background
Chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) is a myeloproliferative disorder. Treatment decisions for CML include hematopoietic cell transplantation, tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs) and other agents. TKIs including imatinib, dasatinib and nilotinib are often the first line therapy for newly diagnosed patients with CML.Purpose
