Backgrounds
In a exploratory rat study with Compound A convulsions were observed at high doses. Accordingly, a study was conducted at 0, 40 and 100 mg/kg to assess exposures in relation to the seizure behavior scored using the modified Racine scale.Aims
PK/PD modelling was undertaken to establish the exposure-response relationship and define a NOEL.M..
