Backgrounds
Fentanyl, a synthetic µ1-opioid subjected to significant metabolism by CYP3A, is clinically approved as transdermal patch. The dose should be titrated individually to a tolerable and adequate analgesia. But its intra-individual variation of the transdermal absorption has not been clarified yet.Aims
We aimed to clarify effect of obesity.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
