Backgrounds
Large variability in protein quantification by a plethora of proteomics workflows has been observed.
Aims
The aim was to find causes to variability in membrane protein quantification.Methods
Membrane proteins essential for drug disposition (CYPs, UGTs, SLCs and ABCs) were quantified in ten human liver samples, by six mass.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
