Background
Sour cherry and raspberry are fruits which are rich source of many natural active principles. Among them it is possible to emphasize those which exhibit antioxidant properties. Fruit wine is also derived product which is rich with those compounds
Methods
Fruit wines were produced in microvinification which was conducted with pure selected
