Backgrounds
Malaria is a major parasitic disease in developing countries and particularly sub-Saharan Africa (SSA).Aims
1,3,5-trisubstituted pyrazoline have been identified as potent antimalarial agent targeting haem detoxification pathway of malaria parasite. This identification was done by the scientists on the basis of QSAR and pharmacophore..
