Backgrounds
Curcumin (CUR) is an anticancer agent to use in chemoprevention and treatment colorectal cancer. However, anticancer activity of CUR is hindered by its low solubility. Polymeric micelles (PMs) has been designed for entrapment of hydrophobic drugs to improve drug solubility.
