Backgrounds
Cationic polymers have been studied as non-viral gene delivery vectors to suppress degradation of pDNA by nucleolytic enzymes and to increase gene expression in vivo. However, it is often the case that the addition of a vector results in adverse effects. Recently, we found that dry naked pDNA powders including no vector showed excellent ..
