Backgrounds
Amorphous Solid Dispersions (ASD) raises solubility of pharmaceuticals compared to crystalline counterparts. Development of ASDs with sufficient stability against crystallization combined with enhanced release performance is crucial for commercial viability. What determines stability is disputed, but molecular mobility and relaxational.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
