Backgrounds
Human serum albumin(HSA) is emerging as a potential protein carrier for several drugs because of its advantages including non-immunogenicity, biodegradability and non-toxic nature. Irinotecan(Iro) is first line treatment of metastatic colorectal cancer.
Aims
The aim of present research was to prepare and optimize irinotecan loaded..
