- The most common cancer in women is breast cancer.
- Unfortunately, it is also the 2nd leading cause of cancer death in women.
A series of benzo[b]pyrido[4,3-e][1,4]diazepines and benzo[4,5]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidines has been synthesized and tested for their in vitro antitumor activity against MCF -7 breast
