Backgrounds
Resveratrol was reported to possess various pharmacological properties. However, its cellular effects are rather contradictory, e.g. both cytoprotective and proapoptotic activities were shown. We previously found resveratrol dose-dependently prevented serum deprivation induced caspase 3 activation in primary fibroblasts confirming its..
