Backgrounds
Recently, exploration of biomarkers with a focus on proteins derived from cancer cell to predict the efficacy of chemotherapy are widely performed.Aims
We analyzed proteins derived from colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines with different sensitivity to cetuximab, one of anti-epidermal growth factor receptor monoclonal antibodies..
