Backgrounds
The encapsulation of paclitaxel (PTX), a conventional anticancer drug, into nanoparticles such as liposomes and polymeric micelles is one of the possible strategies to improve its low water solubility and unsufficient delivery to tumor tissues. However, the amount of PTX that can be stably encapsulated into these nanoparticles is..
