Backgrounds
Ghrelin is an orexigenic peptide which has received considerable focus in treating appetite disorders. Dysregulation of the ghrelin axis is a factor in age- and disease-related cachexia. We have identified dairy-derived peptide hydrolysates with ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a) agonist activity.Aims
