Backgrounds
Angiogenesis causes various diseases such as age-related macular degeneration. We focused on siRNA as a novel type of anti-angiogenic drug. siRNA conducts sequence-specific gene silencing and has anti-angiogenic effect via Toll like receptor 3 signaling pathway.
Aims
In this study, we tried to establish the one-step preparing method of.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
