Backgrounds
Sildenafil is a drug to treat a pulmonary arterial hypertension. Pulmonary delivery has advantages such as faster onset time and reduced systemic side effects than conventional oral administration.Aims
The aim of this study was to investigate aerodynamics and stability of sildenafil free base and citrate to prepare a dry powder inhaler.. The access to the whole abstract and if available the presentation file is available to FIP members and to congress participants of that specific congress.
